Abstract This paper believes that the main reasons of the formation of desert are the wrong direction of the statistic characteristic, which is centered on GNP and the improper ecology governing system. And this paper puts forward three countermeasures: one, replace the traditional GNP with green GNP; two, increase financial support; three, develop the industry of controlling sands disaster.
