Abstract This paper focuses on how ideological and political work reacts to the influence of the environment where it exists. It analyses the features of this reaction and indicates the reaction's chief manifestations. Furthermore, it makes a scientific anatomy of all these kinds of reactive power and provides the theoretical base and operational methods for interaction between ideological and political work and the environment.
