| On the Role of Brain Trust in the Politics of the Initial Period of the Republic of China |

Abstract The root of the chaos and tangled warfare in the initial period of the Republic Of China has been probed from different angles ang aspects .But the role brain trust played warfare has been rarely discussed. In ancient China, the brain trust, as a group or individually, had been paid considerable attention. But the brain trust in the period of the Republic of China paled into obscurity for its unsatisfactory performance. Nevertheless, We should pay due attention to the performance of the brain trust and the role it played in the politics of the initial period of the Republic of China. By discussing the brain trust's backstage planning for the important political events in this period, the thesis attempts to prove that the brain trust acted as a midwife in the politics of this period, which underwent a transformation from unity to separation.
