| On the Thinking of Legislation of Banking Assest Management Corporation |

Abstract From the perspective of the Regulations of Banking Assets Management Corporation, this thesis analyzes the law status of Banking Assets Management Corporation and argues that as the carrier of the transformation from creditor's rights to stockholder's rights, the Banking Assets Management Corporations should have an independent law personality; the operation of Banking Assets Management Corporation still has many obstacles in law. This thesis consequently puts forwards some advice for perfecting the legislation of Banking Assets Management Corporation in China.
