Abstract This thesis expounds the bourgeois revolutionists' propaganda?education and training on modern legality during the period of XinHai Revolution and the legislation and judicature practice after the success of the revolution. Compared with the judicature reform in the late Qing Dynasty, the bourgeois revolutionists of XinHai Revolution produced a marked effect in carrying out the spirits of modern legality as well as enhencing the participation and practice of it.It was during XinHai Revolution that the practice of modern law in strict sense began.
