| On the Contradictory Progress of the Ancient Greek Spirit Ph ilosophy |

Abstract From the perspective of the contradictory analysis of the two key elements--Logos spirit and Nous spirit in ancient Greek philosophy, the thesis discusses the spiritual motivation for the progress in ancient Greek philosophy which developed from the Sophists to Socrates, points out that the certainty of its leading to dialectics and theology, and clarifies the inner contradiction demonstrated by the subject itself which the western traditional rationalism has showed from the very beginning.
