Abstract The most impressed one in the whole geopolitics theory is Halfard Mackinder's Heartland Theory. He tried to find out a "formula which at least can prove certain geography elements" by means of historical research and thinking over some international and national situations. To fulfil this goal he has made three classical demonstrations on this theory, which was in the year of 1904, 1919 and 1943 respectively.
