| Interest Groups '' Influence on America''s China Policy:a Case Study of PNTR |

Abstract PNTR towards China is one of the struggling focuses of the American Congress which is closely related to the interests groups' influence on America's China policy in the post cold war period.This paper takes PNTR for example, briefly introduces its origin, and the reason of interest groups' involvement in PNTR. It examines in details the disintegration, reunion of interest groups and their lobbying to Congress about PNTR, and it also analyzes the influence of interest groups politics on America's China policy.
