| Questions on Compelling Administrative Subjects to Per form Legal Duties |

Abstract It is a form of holding administrative subjects responsible for their misfeasance to compel administrative subjects to perform legal duties. At present,the scope of the application of the law is still relatively confined in our country and needs extending;the specific content of duties to be performed compulsorily should be set flexibly according to specific situation by departments who are in charge of investigating; the time limit of performing duties compulsorily should be strictly controlled;the application of compelling administrative subjects to perform their legal duties should be restricted in some special situation.
