| On the Relationship between Trade Secret Right and Traditional Intellectual Property Rights |

Abstract The nature and characteristics of trade secret right are considered controversial issues. A comparative study between trade secret right and traditional intellectual property rights made in the thesis is of great significance to the purpose of protecting the interest of the trade secret owner and perfecting the trade secret law in China in line with the relevant international trend.
