| On the System and Origin of Law on International Trade in Services |

Abstract Law on International Trade in Services is a new branch of International Trade Law, which system and contents are still in an embryonic stage. Since deep research in this area has not being conducted by scholars at home, this article tries to make an analysis on the system and origin of Law on International Trade in Services, and puts forth a suggestion that a course concerning this new branch be opened in law schools and departments in China and relevant textbooks be compiled.
