| The Dilema of Japanese Endowment Insurance System and Its Reforming Tendency |

Abstract The Japanese endowment insurance system is now facing the problem such as: the absence of old age pension; enterprises can not afford the increasing pension; the overload of the middle age and the young age. At the beginning the 21th century, the Japanese endowment insurance system is carrying on reforming which has adjusted its current constuctural system so as to even the load of the pension among the old, the middle age and the young, which has reinforced its market system so as to build up the sustainable development of its endowment insurance system.
