Abstract Zhou Ji's "Zhengbian Notion" is concerned with the correction of the corrupt practices of that time's Ci circles and expansion of Zhang Hui yan's way of Ci learning. It's the result of Dong Shi xi's enlightment and Zhang Hui yan's influence. This paper introduces and explains six main similarities and differences between the opinion of Zhou Ji and Zhang Hui yan in detail.
