| The Evolutionary Changes of Commercial Adjudication Organ during the Late Qing and Early Republic of China |

Abstract Since the chamber of commerce was founded, to deal with commercial disputes is one of its important functions. On the power of the chamber of commerce over the commercial disputes, there are two different lawlization ways between the government then and the chamber of commerce. The latter wanted to form a formal commercial adjudication organ and realize the down to up lawlization, while the government then tried to realize the up to down lawlization in which it was at the core by building up the commercial arbitrary organ. Finally, the government got the victory.
