| On the Constitution of New China and the Reform of the System of Land Ownership in Countrysides |

Abstract This paper, looking back and analyzing the producing reason and ongoing process of the system of land ownership in countrysides according to Chinese constitution and correesponding documents, points out the difficulties met both in theory and practice of the current collective system of land ownership in countrysides. It thinks that according to the constitution, the current system should be updated.
