| Chinese Socialist Market Economy:A Successful Model of Market Socialism |

Abstract The paper first reviews the theoretical ideas of Marxian and western left wing thinkers on the possibility of combining market economy with socialism, then in terms of theory and practice, it analyses the main models of market socialism in the west, and expounds the unique characteristics of Chinese socialist economy. It finally concludes that Chinese socialist economy is a successful model among market socialism.
