| On the Rules'' Confusing and Conditioning in Chinese Society in the period of Social Transformation |

Abstract Under the background of the social transformation and dissension in China, this paper concretely describes the demonstrations and characteristics of the confusion of social rules showed in the field of economy, politics, culture and social psychology, and analyzes its reasons and harm macroly and microly. This paper then puts forward some measures to condition the confusion and points out that it is a long term task to get rid of the confusion.
