| On the Reasons for the Communist International''s Failure to Transform Its Policy on Chinese Revolution after the April 12th Incident |

Abstract There are different reasons for the Communist International's failure to transform its policy on Chinese Revolution after the April 12th Incident. Firstly, Stalin, the chief leader of the Communist International was so far away from China that he didn't know clearly the fast changing reality of Chinese Revolution and the policy he proposed didn't suit the existing reality. Secondly, Roy and Bao Luo tin, both of whom were delegates of the Communist International were heavily divided on the fundamental issues about Chinese Revolution. Thirdly, Chen Du xiu carried out the Right Opportunism Line, gave up voluntarily the leadership of the proletariate in United Front and made concessions to the rightist of Kaomintang again and again.
