| On the Symptoms and Outlets of Medical Security for Rural Peasants |

Abstract Comparing with the basic medical security for urban workers, the present medical security for rural peasants is relatively declined and weakened. This article holds that the symptoms lie in the passivity of the peasants themselves, lackness of administrative functions and inefficiency of the market. The way out of these symptoms is to establish a multi aspect amd compound medical security.
