| Community Construction in Developed Countries and Its Inspirations |

Abstract Western developed countries have a long history on community constuction, and there are quite a few advanced experiences and methods from which we learn and benefit a lot. On the basis of corresponding investigations and data analysis, this essay, introduced the basic situation and features of community construction in developed countries briefly, and got four inspirations: perfecting community infrastuctional facilities is the foremost precondition of community constuction; amplifying community organization's managemental system and mechanism is the key factor of community construction; offering a good community service is the important content of community construction; being expert in composing resources is the permanent tactics of community construction.
