| On the Law Thinking of Land Tenancy System of Countryside in China--Additionally Building and Perfecting the Leasehold of Countryside Land |

Abstract With the construction of the socialism market oriented economy and the deep development of the countryside economic structural reforms, the land contract system of countryside shows much unsuitability and need reforms. Economists raise a reform scheme of countryside land tenancy system to perfect the land use system of countryside. Based on the analysis about the present situation and problems of the land use system of countryside, the article, to take the law as the point of departure, attempts to probe into the countryside land tenancy system, and puts forward that the leasehold of countryside land should be introduced into the Law of Rights over Things.
