| A Comparison of the Infringement Remedy System of Trade Secrets between Chinese Ones and TRIPs |

Abstract This paper presents a comparison between IRIPs arti cles that protect trade secrets and the related Chinese laws and regulations,who se differences have been analyzed from the aspects of trade secrets nature, trad e secrets constitution, trade secrets infringement categories and remedies for t he infringements of trade secrets. Proposals for the perfection of remedies for the infringements of trade secrets have been put forward, and so are the prolems worthy of attention in the judicial or law-enforcement process in China so as to avoid the conflicts with TRIPs.
