| On the Workspace of Social Capital |

Abstract In this fierce-competition and information-explodi ng modern society, the workspace of social capital is so large that it is nearly neglected by scholars. While as a theoretical tool, the workspace of social cap ital cannot be neglected for it's super interpretative capability. This article gives the concept of the workspace of social capital based on the analysis of th e social capital's essence, and constructs the model of the workspace of social capital in accordance with the characteristics in the working of social capital. At last, the article analyses today's system of job-hunting by using the tool of social capital's workspace.
