Abstract Malin (Hendricus Sneevliet) was one of the Comintern's delegate in China during the period of the First Kuomintang-Communist co-operation, he exerted important and profound influence on Kuomintang's political propaganda work, while few people know that. This paper, by means of a lot of documents proves that Kumintang's concern on the political propaganda work after the first co-operation, has close relation with Malin's comments, urge and advice.
