| The Rhythm of Poetry and Expression in Sound and Emotions--Probing into the Way of Reading Classical Poetry |

Abstract Reading of classical poetry is different from that of nowadays free verse. Therefore, this article presents regularities of reading classical poetry from the following three points: characteristics of rhythm, features of sound and emotions, and various length of pronouncing four different tones. It also touches upon how to apply these three regularities to dealing deeply and delicately with reading certain poems so as to achieve teaching effectiveness as we expect.
