Abstract Values education of the contemporary western is impacting immensely on education of the present age. From the educational philosophy of Marxism, This thesis analyses values, educational values and values education, and evaluates the trend of thought values education. It points out that we should put values education into practice, which will be propitious to the quality education, and make for developing the spiritual of humanism and constructing the quality of our people.
