| Thinking about the Evaluating of Rhetoric Effect |

Abstract People who work on rhetoric or rhetoric teaching need certainly evaluate the rhetoric effect of language works. The paper has the idea that evaluating the rhetoric effect of language works not only depends on the subjects'expression,but also on the objects' reaction;being absolute is supposed to be avoided while the conccept of being relative is supposed to be established.
