| Near-Death Experience and Its Issues of Psychotherapy |

Abstract The paper introduced the transpersonal psychotherapists' viewpoints and researches on the near death experience(NDE) and its related psychotherapy issues, especially that of Kenneth Ring's and Bruce Greyson's. The followings are the main contents: description of NDE, disclosure about the meaning of NDE, the clinical issues on NDE and the treating goal and strategy of NDE.
