| Analysis on the Reasons of Yan Fu''''s Acute Criticizing on Liang Qi-chao |

Abstract Yan Fu criticized Liang Qi-chao acutely in personally occasions. This paper analyzes the rea-sons and the differences of individualities and thoughts between them. The main reason is that Yan Fu thought Liang Qi-chao had little learning but talked rashly. The basie reason is the differences of their political conceptions and political attitudes in practice.
