| On the Changes of Civil Evidence Concept--On the Development of New Rule about Civil Procedure Evidence |

Abstract The New Rule has bigger progress contrary to the law and rule before, our civil evidence concept must change correspondingly. We must set up the concept of lawful truth and civil independence, and comprehend the burden of providing evidence thoroughly and correctly. We should introduce altitude general view principle and make judge sure principle, and accept direct testimony of witnesses.
