Abstract Based on marking the security frauds properly, the thesis makes a comparative analysis of constitutive requirements between security fraud and common civil fraud. Furthermore, the thesis analyses transaction causation, doctrine of liability fixation and amount of compensation of security fraud, and puts forward some measures to improve the civil liabilities system of security fraud.
