| The Hypothesis on the Same Track System Change |

Abstract The different system change mode has different suppl yi ng way. The supplying has decreased accumulatively under the system change of th e compulsion and has increased accumulatively under the system change of the inducement. The arcticle brought out the preceding hypothesis firstly, and then tested the supplying mode under the system change of the inducement by the rural system change of China. The conclusion is that the same track system chan ge has increased accumulatively under the system change of the inducement.
