Abstract Regulation justice, opportunity equality, efficiency priority is the justice-efficiency viewpoint of start justice which means right equality. Its basis of property right is the regulation arrangement which ada pts to the exclusion of property right in market economy. Keynesian's justice wh ich means income equality is the justice-efficiency viewpoint or result justice that means rights equality. It's basis of property right is also the exclusion of itsownership. Marxism's justice on the ownship of production and the justice of labor equal income are the justice-efficiency viewpoint of right equality. Its ba sis is the regulation arrangement of non-exclusive ownership. Socialism's marke t economiy needs the combination of start justice of right equality and result justice of income equality.
