| Some Basic Problems of the Expressions of Folklore and Construction of Sui Veneris System |

Abstract It is urgent to protect the expressions of folklore. It has been concerned by people including its definition, special characters and protected objects. The paper gives concrete illustrations on the above aspects and brings forward the assumption to establish a special system(sui generic)based on the effective intellectual property systems.
