Abstract In modern economy, human capital is more efficient than material capital. Compared with more thorough knowledge to the promoting effect of the development of education, health and care cause, our understanding to the importance of labor migration on human capital is not sufficient. This paper is mainly concerned with the influence of labor migration on human capital. What's more, it gives suggestions on a rational guidance to labor migration.
