Abstract In his works concerning women, Lu Xun did his utmost to furbish the social status and dignity of women and affirmed the rights of survival and value of life. He wrote about the self-meditation and self-criticism of men as to women, probed into and directed the way for women's emancipation. To a large degree, his works exceeds the male angle of view and consciousness and has a sharp standpoint of feminism.
