Abstract This paper makes a thick description of a village's election, and reveals that election epitomizes the political field. The process of election embraces competition of rules and usage of tactics. Rural elite enters into rivalry with each other and makes a kind of political method out of nations. This paper believes, emphasizing a village's nature more than a village's political research is a kind of restriction to the richness of a village's governance study. Among Nation-centralism, Constitutional-centralism and Strategy-centralism, the last one is selected, which is the reason for the introducing of field as a studying frame.
