Abstract Political civilization is a state of progress for human's political life. The eventual goal of instruction of political civilization is the development and progress for human being. Person-oriented is unification for the individual development and social development. Socialism is a society to realize the general development of human, and person-oriented is the inherent request for the nature of socialism. Therefore, the instruction of socialistic political civilization must insist on person-oriented, which is the start point and destination of the instruction of political civilization.
