| The Application of WTO Law in China |

Abstract China's accession to the WTO has drawn great attention to the problem of the app lication of the WTO law in China, which concerns to the old theory about the rel ationship between international law and domestic law. The article attempts to ad dress this issue. It briefly introduces first the general theories and practices on the application of international treaties in domestic jurisdiction in the wo rld, and analyses Chinese approach. Next it introduces the main academic discuss ion the international society about the application of WTO law in the Member Sta tes. The last part provides some suggestions about China's possible practice.
