| The Anti-relation between Party Branch and Villager Committee Formed in Village Election in Rural China |

Abstract Through the view and emulating in the exchange election of the party branch and villager committee, this paper reflects the anti-related actuality between party branch and villager committee, which is formed in village election in rural areas of China; analyzes the causation of this situation; and argues that "Liang piao zhi" or"Liang tui yi xuan" is just a temporary solution but not a permanent cure. Practicing "Yi jian tiao" is only the fundamental route of solving the contradiction between party branch and villager committee. Meanwhile, aiming at the scholars' suspicion and negation for the "Yi jian tiao", this paper demonstrates the scientificity and practicability of the "Yi jian tiao", and suggests the right route of achieving the "Yi jian tiao".
