| Who Should Bear the Responsibility for the Failures of the Chinese Great Revolution |

Abstract The conclusion that Chen Du-xiu's right capitu1ationism had resulted in failures of the Chinese Great Revolution has been hampering people to give a just appraisal of Chen Du-xiu. The Russian newly published files have supplied strong proof for rejecting this conclusion. These files show that the so-called Chen Du-xiu's major errors have close relationship with Moscow. It is the Communist International and the Soviet Communist Party, not Chen Du-xiu, should bear the main responsibility for the failures of the Chinese Great Revolution. The labels of "right opportunism""right capitu1ationism" to Chen Du-xiu before should be cleared away.
