| The Logic of the Change and Living Practice of the Organizations--A Political Ecology Review on the Running of the Judicial Organization in Chu Town |

Abstract The paper holds that we ought to catch on the logic of the running of judicial organizations in town, with put ting them into three-dimensional perspectives that consist of state, society and organization of the government on grass roots. The organization of justice in town is not only a spectator but also a player. Aiming at the validity of the intermediation, it must keep all kinds of strength in equilibrium by putting the intermediation into "settlement". The non-equilibrium of the space, resource, technique of power, ability of individual in it eroded its normal survival mechanism. This made it not only an administrative organization but also a manufacturer, and even formed the split personality of individuals.
