| Efficiency Problem of Modern Enterprise Institution |

Abstract Modern enterprise institution that claims to be efficient, shows efficiency latent predicament in the vision of sociology. And the existing theory and practice indicate that the efficiency predicament could not be surmounted for the spiritual factor could not be complemented, though the predicament originates from the negligence of modern enterprise institution to the spiritual demand of the staff. But in fact the spiritual factor is indeed the key to the efficiency and the problem lies in how to meet the spiritual demand. Because the efficiency depends on the subject among persons, only meeting the spiritual demand in the field of enterprise can build the subject among persons and raise the efficiency indeed.
