| The Development of Positive Psychology on the Research of Positive Personality |

Abstract Positive psychology, as it had done, suggests that personality psychology should study people's factors of strengths of personality as well as vulnerabilities. Moreover, positive psychology should study the impacts of capabilities and potentials, that is to say, study the positive traits of personality. This article analyses three pieces of positive traits of personality and concludes that it is the most efficient way to promote individual positive experiences in cultivating people's positive personalities.
