Abstract The development of civil society has its historical continuity.Under the effect of the globalization, we should pay much attention to its nature of modernity and locality. In the process of the construction of the modern Chinese civil society, we should make appropriate selection in the ways of educational content and method to cultivate qualified citizens for healthy development of Chinese civil society.
