Abstract The essential issue of China is that of peasants, and the key question of peasants is that of land. How to deal with the issue of peasants' land is an important one which always influence the stability of social politics and the development of rural economy. The paper thinks, peasants' land ownership is the basic right of peasants which need to be protected and guaranteed. The most urgent work need to do is to clarify the peasants' land ownership. The paper, taking Hubei province as an example, gives out measures on how to guarantee peasants' land profit and on the reform of Chinese land system.
