Abstract In history of our people's judicature,intercession of people's court has experienced more than half century.The problems of intercession of people's court are system design and justice work.In order to settle down the problems,we must solve the relationship between intercession of people's court and judgment;sticking to principles;understanding the drafting effectiveness of intercessory agreement book;improving the procedures of intercession of people's court,and so on.
