| The Public Goods Supplies On The Perspective Of Floating Rural Peasants--Investigation On Anhui Province、Sichuan Province、Hubei Province |

Abstract This paper recognizes the rural peasant workers as the floating rural peasants,and hopes to review the situations of public goods supplies on the perspective of floating rural peasants.The paper thinks that providing the better services for rural people and improving the public services level are the necessary subjects for the rural and urban governments.More importantly,the paperfinds that the public supplies deficiency for rural people including the peasants in cities is universal.Especially,It also discoveres that the floating rural people not only feal the deficiency of public goods,also the partial treatments when comparing with the urban citizens,which is not just the issue of needs and supplies,but actually the problem about the political rights,whether these problems can be resolved excellently will affect the government validity and may cause the new governance crisis.
