Abstract Along with the establishment of socialism market economy system and its further development,Chinese peasant starts to look for work characteristically.In this process,the peasant turns himself a traditional agriculture manufacturer into a reasonable market person only for money.Correspondingly,the diversification of peasants' employment and the completely change of their income result as they consider their work and engage in labor more rationally both inside and outside in village than before.
