| On The Evolution And Influence Of Negotiation System In Late Qing Dynasty |

Abstract After Opium War,much change in negotiation system of Qing dynasty took place.It was not only the result of the new environment of association with outside world and the pressure of big powers,but also the product of the change of the local negotiation system shaped in the Tribute System.The combination of the new and old system contribute to the new system: the General Government Office,South and North Trading Minster,Every General and Provincial Governor.The thesis tries to argue the specific property of the change in the modern system by the description of the evolutionary process and influence of negotiation system in late Qing dynasty.
